Though my grand mother's house was at Velachery and I have walked that stretch several times, I had not noticed this place until January 2025. To mention, just 3 weeks earlier, I saw Maha Periyava in a dream, doing pradakshina to His brindhavanam (adhisthanam). He mentioned a certain document I was looking for. To specifically say, I was not looking for it, but it was concerning one of my works, which was stuck, I heard. I also understood that probably Periyava was asking me to visit His Adhisthanam. But a visit to Kanchipuram did not materialise. 3 weeks passed by and it was forgotten.Evening before the incident, while I was at Mylapore Karapagambal Sannidhi, I had this earnest desire to visit Maha Periyava. But knowing my own inability to go to Kanchipuram, I brushed it aside. In less than 24 hours, accidentally as my aunt and I went for a walk, and she was getting her bag repaired on the road side, I happened to see this board. Quite surprised, I stepped in and was taken aback when I saw Maha Periyava seated Life-size. Tears streamed through.. Realising my aunt was probably not aware that I am here and me dressed in casual clothing, not quite appropriate to visit a temple as this, I stepped out. Anyways no one was around. But within 2 minutes, Sri.Janakiraman mama stepped out and asked me to come in. He asked what was the hurry and that i can sit and talk with Periyava here. I was further surprised by these words. Me being one, who is not inclined to simply performing rituals methodically, rather I would choose to connect with the Lord from the heart. Hence, this suggestion was not only surprising but welcoming. Hence I stepped in again and sat in front of Periyava. I had nothing to ask Him. I just wanted to visit Him with love. I was reminded of His darshan. Realising my inability to go to Kanchipuram, He granted me this joy of experiencing Him here, i thought and was grateful. Looking for me, my aunt stepped in too. She and Sri JR were having casual conversation. After about 15 minutes, as we were about to leave, her colleague who stepped in, casually mentioned (recalling me telling 3 months earlier) i was looking for certain papers (from Sreemuttam)... And Sri.JR insisted to know more about it. Though i tried telling him that was 3 months ago, and as I believe everything has its own timing, I was now not looking for it. But Sri.JR insisted to know what it was. And I had to tell. Next moment, he called someone and gave the phone to me. I did not know who it was. But I just shared whatever i knew and the incidents pertaining to the document. Later he said, he was the one who had actually signed the document. To be honest, i could not even believe.. The call was on speaker mode and Sri.JR who listened too, was overwhelmed and shedding tears...  saying Periyava is here! Sakshath this Periyava illam is His brindhavanam! Why should one go all the way to Kanchipuram, when HE is here pratyaksha...Though i had never shared my dream or whatsoever with Sri.JR, he literally voiced my thoughts. Was this mere coincidence? Such instances keep faith alive... In front of Periyava what was impossible??!?!? Sri JR too had a conversation with the gentleman on the call and was saying, the form of Periyava there was not a statue but live presence. Indeed - I believed it too... 
That moment, i realised, 100% Maha Periyava was right here. How much HE is at His Adhisthanam, I felt the same here.That day, and always... this place shall be equivalent to Maha Periyava's Brindhavanam to me.
